How to Use app?
* Lightly press and hold your finger against the back camera lens and flashlight.
* Press it normally. Not too hard, not too soft.
* If your device or tablet does not support flashlight then take the measurement in a bright daylight area.
* Do not get nervous or in stress condition. Make yourself calm while taking measurement.
* When body is in cold condition do not take measurement, It depends upon blood circulation.
What is a normal heart rate?
Normal heart beat rate for adults ranges from 60 to 100 bpm.
